I remember an old radio spot from a military chaplain a few years back that I always really liked. The spot said that the key to being happy was:
1. See something beautiful everyday.
2. Learn something new everyday.
3. Do something for someone else everyday.

I think it's the time of year. January, winter in this part of the country and depression, non-motivation seem to kick in a lot of people.

Best thing is to keep busy and try doing what you love and makes you happy, even if it's as a hobby and not an occupation

I don't know how to make it stop either...over thinking over analyzing..I usually just do house work until I stop thinking
