Pilates are impossible to do at home. You totally have to take a class and even then i'd say the first 5 classes are rough because it builds up your core muscles. But afterwards, when you know the movements it's SO rawk!

a long time ago i was talking to a friend of mine. and the question came up if i had life to do over again were there any regrets that i would change. my answer was this. it's also part of my philosophy. no. because i love who i am and i am who i am because of the choices and mistakes i've made along the way. the experiences that make up my life. so if i have any regrets then it means i'm not happy with who i am.
now do i have regrets. eh not so much. i wish i hadn't met my ex-wife, but in knowing her i have two very beautiful daughters. and to me they out weigh any pain she causes me.
it's been said that your surroundings determine who you are.....i say be sure to determine your surroundings. hope this helps in some small way.

I wouldn't say the Steelers were expected to lose, but the national media wasn't giving them much of a chance. They were ten point underdogs in Vegas betting terms. They did come very close to losing it, and it was rather exciting to watch.
Grey's Anatomy was pretty good. Can't wait till next week now! The only show I like more right now is Lost and maybe The OC.
