This is my last weekend before grad school. I need to read some chapters in my books before Monday.
My leg is killing me, it's so sore and angry from the tattoo. I can't wait for this fucker to heal. Ow.
My sister's friend read my tarot cards last night. There were a number of things that resonated with me that came up, things that applied to me. The darkness of the cards I picked, being seen as the young student wanting to present knowledge, my heads in the clouds, and a trial and change in the atmosphere around me. I am not the type to put a lot of stock in these kinds of things, because we are naturally going to try to apply anything to our lives, and discard that which doesn't. But it was certainly a useful lesson in introspection.
I need to find something for me and boyfriend to do tonight that is kid friendly, since my kiddo is here for the weekend. She starts school late this year, not until September 2nd. Tomorrow we are going to the zoo, but tonight, I am unsure. Hmmm.
I am kind of out of it today.

From what I do know about the cards... Hermit and Death are kind of fitting, but Hangman and Fool actually somewhat tie... if moreso by name than anything or perhaps by the actual reading and where it lands in the reading.
