I recently lost almost 25 pounds on the South Beach diet. (Only 15 more to go to my goal.) It's pretty easy to stick to it and it works!
Wear something comfortable to Cedar Point, esp. comfy shoes. Bring a light jacket in case you get wet so you don't freeze at night. And don't forget sunscreen, sunglasses and perhaps a hat!
Have fun!!!!
