i just finished reading Ultramarathon Man. that guy is craaazy. damn impressive though-- i wish i had it in me to run 200 miles at once. i think today i'll try for 4.
we have movers coming on monday to give an estimate for moving across the country. i took a whole carload of stuff to goodwill last week. now i'm trying to make the house look presentable because i know they'll have to examine every room.
EDIT: i ran 4 and 1/4 miles! that is amazing for me-- it's the farthest i've ever gone. i'm really happy for me. i know there are tons of people better than me, but i am on a constant quest to improve.
