today had better be good. or at least better than yesterday. i don't know why but the past two weeks have been really crappy, tip-wise. and not just to me. to everyone at the salon. i seem to be the only one it bothers though. my boss told me to bring in a cup with my name on it to put behind the shampoo area. i thought it sounded kinda tacky but i might do it, because apparently some people do not know that shampoo girls customarily get tips. young people (well, my age) and old people seem to be the worst about it.

my visit with my mom went fine....and i am still not smoking! i feel like wearing a banner that is constantly updating how many hours i have gone without smoking...lol. i sure hope i can quit for good this time...but of course i have quit about a billion times so i am not exactly holding my breath thinking that will actually happen.......
