2 days and 9 minutes until Valentine*s Day...
and yeah, i do resent when people call it a hallmark holiday because it is the most adorablt holiday, hallmark or otherwise. i lack an excuse to cover my dorm door with doilys and red paper garland and lipstick kisses and cupid silouettes on non-hallmark holiday days, so... yeah. someone at home mentioned a gothic/victorian-styled tea party for v-day, but i doubt i*ll have the time and motivation to make the pilgrimmage back to south jersey when i can partake in RU-appropriate festivities such as obnoxiously spreading my enthusiasm to my single, surly, pharmacy-majoring dorm-mates who are going to be extra-grouchy and taking a chem exam on candy-heart day. i have little-kid Tinkerbell valentines (enough for an elementary school classroom, let alone my group of loved ones) waiting for them, and maybe you too...

sorry but i subsribe to the it's a hallmark holiday theory. if you love someone you they deserve candy, flowers and cards on more than just feb 14th!! Plus it's named after a saint for god's sake!!!
well at least you didn*t say "if you love someone ...you shouldn*t need candy, flowers and cards to show it" like another "Hallmark"-subscriber I once encountered did... cheap 9th grade boyfriend .... i mean, what?
