Tell us about your first tattoo, the topic of the 3/14

First, what's this symbol? Well, I "invented" it because it's a fusion of the Libra symbol, wich is the sublimation symbol in alchemy, and the circle with the point in its middle the symbol of gold, in alchemy too. So it looks like an eye and means the outcome of the "recipe" of life acomplishment to me. (Sublimate to become gold I guess u understand)
About the Lotus: The beginning of the life of the Lotus flower is down deep in stinky grimes & mud of water and it actually grows up and out of to become a wonderful thing, shinning above water. & this is history of my life, i think ?
I also got a funny anecdote to tell about the realization of this tattoo. Like kinda uncool but fun.
I’ve drawn this design myself. And when the tattoo was just finished, i walked to the miror to look at it and OH DAMN the tattooer made a big black dot for the eye, instead of a fine circle with a little dot in its middle…
So the guy told me Ok I’m really sorry I can try a thing to make it up but it’s totally experimental, I’ll do it if you agree and you’ll pay ur tats less !
I’m an adventurous person so I asked him how he fix dat. He told me that he could ink in white above the black. So I agreed. It scratched my skin in fact. It was really painful because my skin was already weakened.
For the retouches he just inked the little dot. I had no problem on my skin or what after that.
I paid 200€ instead of 250 (225 instead of 280$) And I have no regrets !
The dude had never experienced this proceed so I helped him to discover something…
By the way I’ve been scared & I’m really happy that my tattoo is like I’d designed it !
