So on that note had a run in with a unscrupulous claims adjuster this week tried to play games with
the insurance on the Buell, was going to total it out, for less than 1/5 of it's value. thats like 20%.
Seems he had made a offer to the insurance company to salvage it, for a large sum of money, it was so new a bike there was no listed deprecated value. So the insurance was going to give 20 cents on the dollar for it, and total it
I said no way and WTF, and may I speak to a managers manager right now.
Asked what was policy on totaling, they said 75% of value. Asked some pointed questions and lo and behold, work has started no more talk of totaling.
Are most people that stupid? Anyone know?
