not having a good day. My sinuses are draining, my throat hurts, and all of that is making me nauseated. Plus i couldnt sleep too well last night. I dont know what i can and cant take being pregnant and I havent been to the doctor to have a doctor to ask, so Im not taking anything. Any suggestions??

I seemed to permanently have a cold when I was pregnant with my youngest..you're fine taking tylenol but I was told to not take any kind of decongestant.
