Ok first something to listen to while you read my journal... (I love this song)
So I went to the gym today and talked with a physical trainer (who i didnt care for too much) Daniel went the other day and found out his percent of body fat... which was only 17%. He told me how they check by like pinching you in areas and taking measurements. I said I dont think i want to know mine... Because honestly Im squishy all over. So yeah its not too good and the guy basically told me I was unhealthy....
Then I told him my goal was to lose 30 pounds. Then he went on to tell me that should be my short term goal and I could lose so much more... This guy is insane, if i lost more then 30, i really think i would start looking unhealthy. I like my size and dont ever want to be really skinny, I like having a shape too me... My measurements are about 39-32-46... so yeah i do need to lose alittle in the hips and butt but not too much....
well anyway im gonna go lay out in the sun a bit and try to get some color to me... then later we are hanging out with friends...

i think some of these trainers are insane. They should be trying to get ou fit and not trying to tell what you should weigh. Your measurements sound good as they are.
