i think some of these trainers are insane. They should be trying to get ou fit and not trying to tell what you should weigh. Your measurements sound good as they are.

I work the day shift too. We first started to go in at 8am then it got changed to 5am

i really like Midnyte's post on page 5. I think it was stupid to fire the guy just on what he said, since we do have freedom of speech and that was his opinion, I really think Howard Stern says more offensive things toward women then the nappy headed hos comment......
