Step 2.

I've finished going to the day hospital.
One month of my life dedicated to learning just how crappy mental disorders can be, and what kind of skills and techniques I can use to take more control of my day to day.
It was a good month.
Now I have to implement it.

I can't help but doubt myself.
However I now know that when such doubt arises I can choose to say;
"Yeah it would suck if I failed again."
Or
"Well, I might fail, but if I don't try, I definately will."
Or better yet.
"I'm trying, and I'm doing my best."

Here here positive affirmations.
This is going to take a while.

Keep smiling folks.
When someone sees you smile, it makes their day better.
Maybe they'll smile back at you.
