another week and another couple of days off. this week though im gonna do something rather than lay on my bed looking at the net and watching films i've already seen.
bought a new basketball and im gonna start training again, the belly doesn't neccesarily have to go but it needs to shrink, especially if im gonna do a set for bcb's at some point and start getting my tattoo's.

Nope, I've got mine where my skin won't stretch or wrinkle too bad. Plus I think tattoo's, done properly are symbols of people's lives. I always look at mine and remember what frame of mind I was in when I had it done, it takes me to a happy place.
