sooo.....yesterday, i finally made it out to the last day of the pro pipeline masters competition @ the north shore. it was pretty rad to be able to see all the top surfers in the world compete.
wildcard jamie o'brien ended up winning, i got to talk to him for a few minutes afterwards and get his autograph, he was pretty cool, but i also think he was pretty bombed at that point.
i wanted to party with them, but didnt press it. it was still a great day anyways.
this week should be pretty chill, pretty much everyone has already gone home for the holidays, so it gets kind of boring around here. but the fam is coming out here in a few days and this will be my first christmas on the island so that should prove to be interesting, plus i got a hotel room all to myself in waikiki for a week and a half.
