Were to start...Had a pre-St. Patty's Day party at this place my friend is house sitting. It was loads of fun. Lots of good people. And not too many; it was a select few, but certainly enough to qualify as a party.
My friend Jon (the aforementioned 'sitter-of-house') and I had a plan. And that plan was, to get wasted. I haven't gotten drunk in a long while, and he felt free to drink it up because the 20 or so people that infested the house that night, were trustworthy.
Needless to say we succeeded in our plan. I think I drank about 14 beers, preceeded by a double shot of Bushmill's Irish Whiskey. And the beers were not weak, fizzy, hops flavored water. Oh, no. A few of my choice favorites are the Guinness stout, and Beamish tall can; both came with the awesome, Widget.
Well the night was fun. Nothing amazing to tell the grand kids about, but nothing terrible either. Just good, clean, fun. Well maybe not so clean. The house contained 5 cats, and one big dog, and their owers didn't seem to like to, like, vaccum or clean.
But it's all good. Hung out with good friends, drank myself into a stupor and fell asleep watching "Pirates..."
