So I spent my first 1/2 day at my apartment...it's empty...I was supposed to paint but my dumbass forgot the step ladder to get the top parts of the walls....how I did that with 12 foot ceilings? I have no idea.
So the painting will commence probably Friday bc I have WAY TOO MUCH PACKING left to do. FML.

I actually hated the color I picked at first because it didn't look good with the carpet at all and I didn't have any of my stuff moved into the room-but once I moved things in it started growing on me-and I had this framed mirror that I've had for a while and when I sat it against the wall it just fell into place-I'm LOVING it now

Happy upcoming birthday, and also happy upcoming housewarming. Ever write something on here, then start to read it bakc, and realize you can't even read it in your own voice because it totally doesn't sound like you? I just did..so I had to change up my style...or something like that. Wow..I'm having a hard time finding my voice today. Shit. Maybe everyday. That's awesome that parts of your life are moving along, hopefully everything is chugging along at a nice pace ( unlike your new set!). Hearing about your move makes me wanna have a move myself. I had toyed with the thought of a poorly thought out move to SF, but I've decided to smarten up a bit and maybe do that in six months to a year..or not at all. I have no idea. The only thing I know for sure it that I'm not feeling 100% percent awesome and I'm looking for a way to get that feeling again. Speaking of that, a little something to make your ears feel happy..and mine too.

i had a guarantor when i bought my house and it took a minute to get shit approved too. i seem to recall the same thing happening where they needed proof of income and w2's even though they had been sent in the very beginning. you don't happen to be dealing with fairfield brokers, do you? ha.
