Look into buying the other one, that has no garage and no room for one to be built for $239,000 (of course Id offer lower and negotiate from there).
Orrrrr have this house built and painted to my specifications with a garage and a fenced in backyard for $214,000. Of course Id have to have a patio or something for grilling out and entertaining, and a larger backyard.
