So....I need to step up my working out....and all that jazz.
My weight HAS NOT changed at all.
The past few days I've been doing hummus and cucumbers and tuna with salmon and chopped onion as my meals...completely boring, but good as well. I've resisted the urges to eat really late. I've also resisted the urges to order a big fat burger with fries galore.
Work has amazing food. The salads are good..but the only one that's actually good for you is the Caesar salad.....but the BBQ Chop is yummier. Then we have a portobello burger...more of a sandwich than a burger, but it's our vegetarian option. It's amazing. It's portobello cap with goat cheese, roasted red peppers, onions, and arugula, with a vinaigrette dressing on it.
But really I think my problem is that I haven't really been working hard at working out. I need some motivation.

I'm also somewhat sick of being single.
Seems all of my friends are getting married and engaged lately.....
Oh well...until I'm happy with myself and where I'm at in my life, I don't belong in a relationship with anyone.
Time to take the dog for a walk and then head to bed.
Workin' a double tomorrow. Let's hope I make some good money.

In regards to the dating thing, maybe you're trying to hard. I know I feel more lonely as the season's change to winter. Not to mention holidays are rough when you have no one to spend them with. Keep your head up.
