So today was pretty uneventful...but might I add......
Friday was supposed to be my last day visiting probation...nope. The closed because of the weather..but they didn't call to let anyone know. They just left a sign on the door.
So I couldn't make it in yesterday bc I couldn't get in before they closed for the evening. Went today but they are closed the 1st and 3 rd Tuesday of every month.....seriously?! So now I have to go in on Thursday and damn 8:30am......Wednesday I usually go out to Stout since I don't have class the next day....noooooot lookin' like I'm gonna be doing that. Or if I do...I'm leaving before 1am.
Other than that...oh wait...today was a tad bit eventful shit. How did I forget this?!
So I called the owner of the restaurant I bartended at....who closed it with NO notice...earlier today..telling him I filed a law suit against him for backpay (which I didn't...I just wanted him to shit his pants....the back pay lawsuit is going to take toooooo long if anything could even be done and since he's protected with an LLC it's pretty much guaranteed I won't get my 2 months worth of pay...and especially if he files bankruptcy then it's "get in line folks") so he does in fact call me back...and I'm in the grocery store getting some tomatoes....he tells me there's some "fund" he's been paying into that will give us all of the money that we weren't paid...he's a fucking moron. I told him "uh...paying into your unemployment insurance is different than paying us for earned wages...once we're unemployed we MIGHT get benefits...but as far as all the money we haven't seen...no I'm sorry unemployment DOES NOT pay us for that. They pay us from the day we submit our claim." So then jack ass pulls the "well you wanna switch bills and have my problems" that's when I snapped. And I mean literally snapped...standing in the produce section on my phone. I said "are you fucking kidding me??? your wife and you BOTH come from money...your wife still has money..." he called me a moron....so my response: "oh am I? And you're a fuckin' cocksucker...go fuck yourself" and hung up.
I know I got ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE in that conversation...but holy shit did it feel amazing to tell his ass off.
Other than that..lol
I'm just brainstorming my idea for my shoot coming up in March.
I'm really excited.
And I might be getting tattooed this weekend.

but, the dude is certainly a douche for closing your place without notice, not paying you, and then trying to throw himself a pity party. he knew what he was getting into when he opened the place- that's why some ridiculously high number of restaurants fail, in general. and if he didn't know what he was getting into, you can add "idiot" onto douchebag.
