Happy upcoming birthday, and also happy upcoming housewarming. Ever write something on here, then start to read it bakc, and realize you can't even read it in your own voice because it totally doesn't sound like you? I just did..so I had to change up my style...or something like that. Wow..I'm having a hard time finding my voice today. Shit. Maybe everyday. That's awesome that parts of your life are moving along, hopefully everything is chugging along at a nice pace ( unlike your new set!). Hearing about your move makes me wanna have a move myself. I had toyed with the thought of a poorly thought out move to SF, but I've decided to smarten up a bit and maybe do that in six months to a year..or not at all. I have no idea. The only thing I know for sure it that I'm not feeling 100% percent awesome and I'm looking for a way to get that feeling again. Speaking of that, a little something to make your ears feel happy..and mine too.

i had a guarantor when i bought my house and it took a minute to get shit approved too. i seem to recall the same thing happening where they needed proof of income and w2's even though they had been sent in the very beginning. you don't happen to be dealing with fairfield brokers, do you? ha.

well, it was either congratulate you on your guy.. or saying you had a stalker. I chose the latter. I'm sorry you've been looking for a better job, do you not like what you're doing? We all have to budget, until I win the lottery or get an inheritance from some long lost millionary I somehow have in my life. When that day comes I'll send you a check and neither of us will have to budget ever again.... reality sucks.

I hope you get the place this time! YOu know, when I first moved here I found a really badass apartment that I was really psyched about that got snaked out from under me because of my "look". The good part...I found an even better place that same day driving back from the other place that was perfect! And became my home for the next seven years. So...I guess what I'm saying is..it all works out in the end.

A woman at work last night actually asked me if my tattoo went down on my breast tissue.. those were her exact words.. I was just like.. uhh no, not that that is any of your business. She asked to see it so I showed it to her and she was like its soooo bright and colorful, must've cost a fortune! How much? again.. none of her business.. not that it cost me anything since my roommate is my tattoo artist. I don't know why people think that it's acceptable to ask such personal questions..

Ahhh.....friends. I hope all of that clears itself up, sometimes people make big deals out of petty things and then it just gets out of hand. Maybe that your sitch....maybe not. Life is funny, we all get caught up in our own..and then sometimes we see/hear/feel/remember something that reminds us how minor some of our problems are. Eh...I'm starting to sound like a douche.
I finally finished my chestpiece the other day and I'm pretty pumped about it. I'll still add stuff later to it..but for the time being, it's a completed piece. I'll have to get some pics up...I'm just lazy. I can't wait to see yours progress..and finish!
New place? Sweet! IN Atlanta still huh, or at least for another year it seems? Not too shabby. I need to move, or something. I miss my old place. It's so weird, I'm only about a mile or so from my old place, and yet I feel like it's a totally diffferent world. And it really kind of is. I guess you'll see that too....hopefully it's a better world. Mine....not so much. After my SF trip..I'm serioulsy debating trying to move there. Only for a year though. In my head..maybe I can move there to do a semester of school full time and just kinda....I don't know. Just kinda do something. I've still got to figure that out tho. I have no contacts there and no job. SO I don't know. We shall see. I'm sure I'll be sitting in thios exact same chair, in this exact same apartment, writing almost the exact same thing, in exactly one year. Shit.

It is VERY fake in California. The good news though? TONS of people look like they're really cool.... Hopefully, I'm not one of them. A change of scenery is always really cool...especially if you're at a point in your life where you actually can move. Tons of people get in a place where they can't. I sometimes teeter on that ledge myself......It's really cool out here, and if you're at all like me, you will develop a love/hate relationship with the state...and then plan on never leaving. I've moved around a bunch in my life..and I think this might be where I stay. Hard to say what the future holds though. I actually would love to be able to live a bit in other places and keep this as my homebase...or at least that's the plan now. Florida was cool....but I dig it more here. People in Florida might've been a bit cooler though...You should visit somewhere around Santa Cruz or something, that way I can jog there and be in pretty decent shape by the time you get here...

You are adorable. Really. That's cool that with the humidity and the oil-soaked air, you can still take the puppy for a walk! Marley looks super happy! I guess that's why dogs are awesome...I can't believe that I'm still awake. I feel asleep for a few hours today though after I finished up my chest piece. I got in on a last minute cancellation...and I jumped on it! I might end up doing some more background or some roses or something later on....but for now, finito! I have no idea what day it feels liike to me.......
