The move went great. It took only 2.5 hours to get one apartment into another. And that was including the 30 minute drive down here to the new place too.

I'm glad that the move went pretty good. Two and a half hours is pretty quick! A pool party after move in? What is that...Melrose Place? And then......cleaning, that's the worst part! You are adorable!!! I've been out of it lately, but I'm back for a bit...sometimes the work schedule killls. I've got to get a laptop soon, we actually have internet access at work...

The tarantula kinda creeps me out, luckily though....he's got some kickass company that makes him seem alright. I saw one yesterday at work and was going to take a pic of it and send it to you...but alas, my phone was too far away. I hope all the cleaning/packing/unpacking/etc/etc/ is going well!

So I spent my first 1/2 day at my apartment...it's empty...I was supposed to paint but my dumbass forgot the step ladder to get the top parts of the walls....how I did that with 12 foot ceilings? I have no idea.
So the painting will commence probably Friday bc I have WAY TOO MUCH PACKING left to do. FML.

I actually hated the color I picked at first because it didn't look good with the carpet at all and I didn't have any of my stuff moved into the room-but once I moved things in it started growing on me-and I had this framed mirror that I've had for a while and when I sat it against the wall it just fell into place-I'm LOVING it now
