It's official.... my new teacher at Cosmetology school is an idiot.

During class she reads out loud quit a bit. Normally this would irritate me mildly, yet it is completely intolerable when she misreads (butchers) every fifth word.... including words that are related to an industry (that she supposedly has experience in). I am embarrassed to be "taught" by this moron.

.... Later on today I went to the dean (one of the only cool/educated people at the school) and jokingly suggested a verbal reading test for future applicants.

I know this sounds stuck up, but FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! The stupidity! whatever puke puke puke puke puke puke

I actually felt a little like that about one of my instructors. then I learned that she was very sweet and a good educator. You have to remember, you are getting a top of the line education and not everyone gets this. yes they should know their shit, but as far as pronunciation, some of my instructors are terrible. If he.she is could in every other way, i would look past it.

As for your comment on my blog, I guess he's bi. Whatever.

Yeah, I hate teachers that just sit there and read straight from the book.
Really? Could just save me some time and assign the reading. Had an Art History teacher who did that, and also butchered some pronunciations
