Question: What are the federal/state statutes regarding bondage photography?

If one were to have pictures that contained ballgag, pvc cuffs/collar (with chains), riding crop, and bondage tape, would the use of those items be considered as illegal?

Anyone know of a resource regarding this topic?

Just curious.
