Hi , Thank you to everyone for their comments on my probS 
Well i now went to a diff Dr , A woman
and she wrote it out a bit better , she still had to put some of the stuff i have suffered but she was alot more human about it :surreal Anyway atleast i have the interview in the bag , so i should be able to put my point across when there . The only prob is that i can only apply to one uni due to family commitments 
and i know there are only about 6 places and about 400 applicants 
so im starting to think im not going to get a chance now

BTW loved Cold Mountain too - a bitter sweet ending that brought a tear to the eye ( well almost)
