I had lots of spare time today b/c of the snow!!! I made a killer resume and wrote some decent cover letters. Hopefully I will get a bite on something. I can not do this advertising thing any longer. They are sucking the life out of me. The money is great but the shit I have to put with, well it sucks.
I applied for jobs in my old field; Chemical Dependency Counselor, Domenstic Violence Advocate, and other jobs like that. They all pay shit.
I was worried about sending in a paper resume. I was thinking I should have made a really grovvy DVD, but then I thought I should stick with something simple b/c of the types of jobs I am applying for.
How are you supposed to do a resume these days? Is paper in or out? HMMMMM , I am starting to feel really out of the game. Someone help me.
My neighbors shoveled all of their snow into my driveway. I am really pissed off about this. I knocked on their door a little while ago but they did not answer. I live next to 6 college girls who seem really nice...they just dont know that you dont throw all of your snow into someone elses driveway. I have double the snow to shovel. I am such an asshole sometimes...I will probably throw it back. And then we will have a snow war from now til spring. Someone just tell me to let it go.
My little guy and I had a fun day. We want to go back to the pool,hot tub, sauna, steam room place tonight and just chill for a while. I could watch him swim for hours. Of course I can watch him do anything for hours. I really like it when he talks to himself and pretending all sorts of things and he notices that I am watching and just smiles and winks at me and keeps on going. Kids are great.
