Patience! Patience! 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10...shit that didnt work. Any moms or dads out there that know the 4 hour battle of homework with an 8 year old boy? Four hours to answer 9 math questions...just a battle of wills.

I am losing. I am being out played by this 8 year old child who looks just like me and ohhh wait....acts just like me....

I have a feeling this will end with one of us in tears and the homework not getting done. He did have a bad day at school. He was getting picked on by a bunch of other boys b/c he is to much of nerd. I just want him to be happy.

I feel better now... The answer to not losing my temper and being the best mom I can be....journal my frustrations for the whole world to see. OHHH MY GOD that rhymed...I am still losing it.
