No woman can convince you that all will be alright. It helps, but by itself it won't do it.
When I'm feeling low, tattoo's make me feel alive again. Or do something that's outta character for you. Run naked in the rain, scream, moon someone, the possibilities are endless.
Besides man, even from just a few weeks, you seem to feeling/doing alot better, so you almost there.
