So today i went to work, and I had a caller who was abolutely irate over a $0.15 charge....
I calmly assisted the caller in between large bouts of muted laughter, while the whole time I am thinking:
"Is it really so hard to let that 15 cents go you anal sucking space baboon??"
15 cents, i think that may be a new record.... and suprise, he said it wasn't the principle of the charge, which he thoroughly earned by being two days late on his payment- it was the fact that he wanted to yell.
I even went a little more generous than that and offered him a dollar for his effort, at least you can do something with a dollar...
