Well, I did lose my ass at poker last night, but it wasn't all for naught. I did have a good time and drank plenty of whiskey. (which inevitably contributes to my losing) Hadees did pretty good, I was impressed. Many jokes and stories were told, even one about a job worse than any I've ever had.
Oh yeah, I mentioned a while ago that I was trying to get in a little better shape. Well, I've lost about 7 pounds so far. I feel pretty good about that, although I know if I actually put in the effort I should to it that I could lose more. I'm not a big workout fan though. Up until recently, the only workout I ever did was sex. However I haven't been getting much of that lately, so other measures must be taken. (By the way if you need a "workout" partner, let me know ladies.) I'm hoping to shoot my SB set in January, and I'll keep everyone posted on that as more develops.
Today I'm venturing forth into the world to get new glasses and maybe some more contacts. I've really got better ideas on how to spend that kind of money, but I do need to see.
