Can I just tell you how envious I am? I'm so envious. I still have to live with a long weekend every couple months or so.

Apparently that cheese is quite difficult to find. I looked for it on three different occasions at probably a dozen cheese venders and even a few specialty stores and no one had it. Funny thing is that everyone knew EXACTLY what I was looking for . . . "Sorry mate, not this month. Maybe try me next"
