So.... i got a mani/peddi.... first time in my life.
told the shop i had very specific needs
/wants
one porcelain nail with a symbol.... 6 lines of polish... no problem they said.
pedi was... weird
i needed it
my feet were brutal
but
she ignored that i was ticklish
totally ignored
and i'm very ticklish
this shouda warned me
red flag down on play....
well
we get to mani
and she does one hand
then goes to charge me
the second my charge went through i was an annoance rather than a customer.
told there was "no time" for a nail.
so i couldnt get what i came in for....
no...
i got regular gel polish.
and...
well...
she mangled my hand.
i'm a diabetic and i told her.
i had 1 broken finger
and one finger with 4 places it was fractured.
tip.
and all three joints.
this little (explative removed) tried to DIG a BRUISE out of the tip of my finger with a sharp object.
so i came back a few days later
told the owenr i wanted a refund
his first reaction was to threaten to call cops on me
i told him i was there as a courteous gesture. he could refund or my bank's fraud department could.
i warned him that if i had to get my bank involved i was leaving reviews.... and i had a heck of a picture.
he bs'd me about having to take 2 days to find the recipt and enter it into the system.
so i said fine... bank it is.
well yelp just sent me a email.....
so...
what that means...
is that this place
this nail salon...
their featured picture? the one that represenets their business....
makes their main page on yelp...
this...
and i for one cant be happier.
