I have been following a 400-500 year old conditioning technique created by shaolin monks....
the idea is to condition a fingertip until you can use it like a fist... taking 3"-4" of surface area (fist) and concentrating it down to a quarter inch.... increasing the force delivery by a huge amount....

my left index. this finger has no conditioning....
this finger has been conditioned some, and is fractured in three places curently in the pic... fingertip is fractured. first knuckle is fractured, and 2nd knuckle is fractured....
again... this finger is fractured in 3 places before it touches the wall... fingertip, first, and second knuckle are all fractured...
this is beginner level.... to see what this turns into....
