Unknown how to do a full blog in mobile so here goes..... Status update... mentally im still coming to terms and processing a lot. Holidays are... never a easy time of year for most... My physical heath is overall the best its ever been. I made a discovery that nicotine will kill my asthma attacks dead. Faster than an inhaler can. Air passages almost instantly clear and hacking chest cough vanishes. I have a strained muscle in lower portion of upper left thigh. Leg day skipped... realized my body needs a small break. Going to limber and counterstretch... I need to be more mindful of listening to my body.
