this renting thing is more stressfull than I would have thought. It doesn't help that two out of four people living there are in nicaragua until the end of the month

I really don't want to be responsible for getting a grand together every month, so I'm hoping the landlord will at least go fo two names on the lease, or even two separate leases.

argh.
the guy I totally didn't want to move in with us really wants to move in with us. and I don't know how to tell him that we don't want to live with him. He's a good friend, but too into drugs to be any good to live with. any ideas in SGland??

also, any info about subletting a house would be incredibly helpful, if any of you are in real estate or lawyers (like miss smuffster wink wink nudge nudge)
