Here's thought. Imagine that your cell phone provider selling you a video game for your telephone was punishable by six months in jail. Believe it or not such an act has made it past it's second reading in Saskatchewan and may become law soon. I'll post more info when I hear find it but I think it's bill thirty under the Saskatchewan film and video act.
