So I was watching the news today and they anounced that they're going to build a huge two meter tall (a little over seven feet for you yankies out there) floating chain link fence around Halifax harbor to keep our naval vessles safe. Am I the only one who's ever heard of bolt cutters? Ugh... Our military is weird... We do nothing but silly things in times of peace but once we're involved in a conflict we become something out of nightmares... I'm confused.


Speaking of confused...
Some days I realy hate the fact that my folks raised me with a sense of honor and what's right. There's this girl. I've had a crush on her since I first met her but it was nothing serious. Anyway she and I started spending more time together and she went through a large portion of the hellish summer I had right along side me. If your not fammiliar with that story check out my entry for Dec 28, 2005. The crush has since grown in to something more. We've never been shy about being open with eachother and we both know that there is mutual interest. On top of that I've been in a situation twice where she winds up essentialy rubbing up against me for prolonged periods of time and her body language has been screaming "Take me now!"
Every time though I've not been able to. I'ts not because I'm nervous or awkward or I have doubts about the situation... Everything about it feels right every time... But she's taken... I haven't been able to get past that because of this damned sense of honor I have. It's realy frustrating.
So I discussed the situation with my good bud Kassara and she gave me the advice to just go for it. I then shared significantly fewer details with my mother but she gave essentialy the same advice. So if the advice from Kassara and my mother match up... I figure that's a prety rare match so... I'm gonna steal me somebody's girlfreind!
