unit12

So my mentor and I finnaly sat down and talked. My status at work is changing and my duties will be too. Essentialy I'm being given more freedom to work outside of the company and less in house responsibilities. I'm now a semi freelance tech. I feel sort of bad about the situation but I think it's going to work out for the best. Thanks to that bonus thing I realy don't have the same loyalty to them that I used too. Besides that I see major problems in the future for that company. It would be good to be near a life boat if I'm on a sinking ship.

This whole situation is giving me more motivation to get up and change things. When I set a goal or put my mind to something it's frightning how hard I'll fight to acheive it but I have a problem that I like comfort. I become complacent very easily. Everything that's been happening in my life lately has worked to shake my little nest a bit... Convince me to set some new goals. I suspect some new adventures will start soon.
It's actually kind of exciting.
