If your able to rent a car, even for a bit, try lookin' into Rent-A-Wreck. The cars were once totaled and then reconditioned, they take complete care of them and keep them runnin'. They are a hell of a lot cheaper to rent than say budget or avis. I hope your able to find something soon, I dont want anything to happen to ya. If any of the schools in the area offer automotive courses, see if you cant work something out with the instructor. "Monster" is really good. It's really a sad story if you look at it in a particular light. I read a couple of books about her story after seeing the movie, and I honestly felt bad for the tragedy that was her life.
I think they put out the documentary done about her life on the same dvd. I'm going to have to get it just to see the real life work. I'm pretty sure there's an interview with Aileen Wuernos while she was on death row in the documentary.
