My Breathlyzer Blood Alcohol Level---For which I got a DUI---is not even really a reading.... .01
There's a whole story behind this. That is, that I failed the physical tests, because I thought it'd be easy, and I, for instance, had my hands out to my side, rather than "to my side"... and I just didn't think I'd fail, because I wasn't stumbling and was so clearly sober.
I'm 230+ pounds, and had 1 beer and 2 cosmopolitans, two hours prior. And pizza, and lots of laughing and excitment putting my arms around a new girl and kissing her on the cheek... I"m hardcore, what can I say... but .....I was fine... physically/mentally...
.01 bwahahahaha.....so the point being, after failing their test---which they go by... meant I was on something. I took the breathalyzer, and then a piss test.... when they see it is negative, completley negative, they're gonna say, 'Wwwwwwwwwwhat the fuck?" ..... they, and the four paramedics who they brought in, "knew" i was on Meth. I know they know their stuff, but they were wrong this time....
I was the .0001% margin error..... haha
but so, The Police can claim that ANY reading on a breath test was enough to Impair you.....
but so what do I have?? hahah....i just brushed the white line...
I ain't bitter, at all, but i just wanna clear this up....
The strange thing is that I would like to be a cop now... Detective, eventually.
