Well today fucking blows.... Someone decided to steal the AC unit from the house I am in the process of buying. i am being told the bank refuses to pay for it so if i still want the house i have to cough of the cash to replace it! thats like 5000 dollars i dont fucking have!!!!!! Why me?! how are they not responsible for the fucking house?! I smell scam all over this

I put in an offer on the house AS IS 2 months ago WITH A FUCKING AC UNIT! so how is it that it gets fucking stolen and I have to pay to replace it if i want the house still!!!! someone explain this shit to me cause im about to lose it.

Agreed. It's their house. It's their responsibility. You put in an offer for the house in a certain condition. If they don't want to pay for it, look for another house. Easy as that.

i looked at close to 75 houses before i found this one and its the only one i want, im already to deep into this short sale and waited too long for this shit to walk away now. the mbank wont cover it so i guess i will have too... boo
