soooo.... i put in two offers yesterday one on a forclosure and one on a short sale... we will see if anything comes up from it... fingers crossed!
i also got a good looking one come across my email last night hopefully i can go see it some time today its priced well and in a good location.
I really want the first one i offered on but it has multiple offers on it already so who knows if they will accept my offer... may just have to wait longer than i wanted for the next best thing to come up...

Hopefully the seller will do it the way mine did to speed up the process. they asked all buyers to give them there max offer and went with the highest.
