Going to look at more places today around 2... so excited... its not looking like i am going to be able to get a single story like i want. all the ones that have what i want are just above my price range or are short sales and i just dont have the time to wait 9 months to get into a short sale... fingers crossed something pops up but its looking like a 2 story will have to happen for now and maybe once the market goes up and i can make a profit or rent out and get what i really want. oh well... still staying positive ill find the perfect place in henderson if im lucky! I miss Green Valley!!!!
