im a horrible updater.... just been so preoccupied with other things i seem to be neglecting this place.

want to know what ive been up to??? do ya? do ya? huh? huh ?

im preparing to buy a house! that thing with 4 walls NOT connected to other freaks and probable drug dealers... my own dirt and roof and faucets and the whole shebang

i went and got a conditional approval for 150,000 to shop with... still trying to figure out all the fees and settlement stuff and costs and all but it looks like ill be doing the loan through Chase.

All i have to do now is find the perfect house! going to look at some this weekend! yay! im still on the lease at this place until july 22 so hopefully the timing works out and it takes the usual 60 days to close once i find what i want!

i set up a donation site to help pay for my down payment and i didnt score a single dollar so yeah... but! i have the moneys i need now to shop so here i go!!! GIMME!!!!

work is the same, some serious cuts are coming about at work and im a little nervous but am going to save my complete meltdown for when i know more about whats going down.

weather is all over the fucking place here... fail

want to go somewhere for a mini vacation but i lack the necessary funds (i.e. fore mentioned house)

just trying to do a whole lot of nothing right now so i have enough funds come time for the house buying and what nots...
