Got a lot going on....

Trying to keep my house and life organized is a tiring feat...

Ive started going to the amazingly awesome gym we have at work! Only 2 days in but its already kickin my ass, i have a fucked up knee and Jim only has me doing cardio for now but next week i start the weights as well. Im starting this process at 164.8 pounds. Goal weight is 130 but really i just want to be healthier overall and be happy about my body again, it's been a long time since ive felt happy about myself and this is me taking the correct steps to remedy it. Im phasing in the eating healthier more slowly cause i know myself and if i do too much at once ill say fuck it and i dont want that to happen. im trying to slowly train myself into better habits and lifestyle.

Work is fine, havent even seen my boss this week.... still in training, just chillin really...

Cleaned the puppy with a bath, Her Fav! Cleaned up some of my makeup stuff and the overall bathroom, did laundry (just never get around to putting it away :s ) and now I think i will read

now to put some more ice on my knee!
