I am kind of pissed at my job right now. I got my "review" today and it was crap. Now let me say it wasn't the numbers that pissed me off it was the comments and what they weight the factors as. I got told that I work better when a supervisor is present. That is crap, Its like i got one of my slacker co workers reviews. I am also kind of annoyed that if you show up and do nothing its better at review time than than using up all your time off and working you ass off while at work. I guess it more important to be there than to be productive. I guess I am just annoyed at the fact that the slackers at my work only got a raise that was pennies less than mine. Oh well it sucks... not much I can do about it.
Other news my girlfriend has been kind of crazy lately. I called her the other day from work and got a conversation that sounded about 99.9% that we were breaking up. then again she didn't say the magic breakup words "we need to talk." I don't get women sometimes. I love her but wtf.
OH good news! Pearl (my dog) and I have hit our four year anniversary. Its funny how having a pet can bring you so much joy, I love my dog!
