Phase II of Operation: Cock-block has commenced. I stated anew my interest, obliquely but pointedly (odd how that is), in sharing drinks with the lady behind the grocer's register, and chittered away about a bit more than that, even dropping a reference to the (misogynist?; I think not, but most disagree with me) end of the "Nothin' but a G' Thang" video to unstilted giggles from the female in question (from now, forward, I will use the shorthand of la cajera, I think). So, she is still warm to my entreaties, and possibly willing to forsake her "hoodlum" boy to get with me (in exchange for a fresh pack of gum, naturally).

Now, I must bide my time, and not stop in the store more than once, during her shifts -- from several months shopping there, I know (roughly speaking) her set schedule, so I know when not to go there in the coming fortnight --, between now and Fri, 22nd July. I think I might stop in on the Monday proceeding the second mentioned date, in fact, for that one trip to the store when la cajera is on-duty. Then, 23rd July, I do it -- I proffer sharing a six-pack of Coronitas in bottles at a local park, after-hours, and converse with her about all manner of subjects, easing my way into her heart and mind. By the third time out, I should be in... Then, just to make it stick, i.e. more than ephemera (rather, something semi-permanent).
