I must have the new CD from Io (hope that is spelt right), the Afro-French-cum-Gypsy chanteuse plying her songs in English with acoustic guitar back-up. It's not really any different than, say, Lisa Loeb -- who is tres hottt, by the way; and, single (she dumped Dweezil on his gold-brickin' ass -- huzzah!) -- but I fancy miscegenation.

Then, couple that genetic pool from which the artist arises with her Romanian-inflected English -- it sounds like that, a little, anyway, and I should know since I heard that English for a year's time only two years ago -- and... I am smitten, kitten.
