underrated

its the tattoo convention today whch i have been looking forward to for a long time. not only as its much fun and inspiring to see lots of new work, but a friend of mine is having some work done on the day, and of course there is the big SG party type thing afterwards too... and i have been excited about hanging out, drinking, smiling laughing and generally having fun. but. alas, i am feeling quite like death. this cold/flu seems to have taken hold of me and i cannot shake it

i have but 3 options.

1. stay home, wrap in a duvet, watch season 5 of curb, maybe a blockbuster movie and try to heal. (sensible)
2. go, try to make it across london, have a drink, try not to pass out, keep smiling and pretending im ok (not ideal)
3. go, take too many substances that could heal or kill and have no idea what is happening anyway. (probable)

neither of the above are in anyway ideal or wanted. a guinness with happy folk is the order of the day.

im missing the show. im missing friends. this sucks.

i hate being ill.
