Reddit wasn't any help. So Imma ask you SG universe.

So my girlfriend has been treating me like shit the past 5 or 6 months and I have no idea what I should do... frown

Ok, so me and her have been together for 2 years, and we're engaged to get married in august. but here lately she's been pissed at me all the time, assumes everything I say is a lie, having my best friend "babysit" me when we go out and and hang out, lying to everyone about her smoking (even to her doctors), etc...

I don't know what I should do. What makes it all even harder is that she's carrying my kid too...

Sounds most likely that these would be some of the side effects of her being extra-hormonal due to pregnancy... How far along is she? Perhaps you should post-pone the wedding if you can't see eye-to-eye on anything. Or, at least until the baby pops out. Less stress for momma. I imagine trying to plan a wedding while being pregnant when your man goes out with his friends must be pretty difficult tongue

But on the real: If it were my kid, I wouldn't letta chick be smoking. Jus sayin' That goes beyond your personal issues. That is putting a child--YOUR child--in a huge health risk and potentially fatal danger... Not cool...
